Rwanda Kinini is now transitional organic!
This is a washed coffee from the Kinini Village cooperative in Rwanda that is 85% women. I first tasted coffee from this co-op at an International Women's Coffee Alliance coffee tasting (cupping) at the Specialty Coffee Association's expo in Seattle in 2017. It was so good I sought it out and found the importer Crop to Cup, who is now our main coffee supplier. Their ethics around how they source coffee as well as the quality of coffee they find, is what keeps us roasting.
