There is a new belle at the coffee roastery and it's this fresh crop washed Ethiopian coffee from the Guji region.
We are very particular about our washed Ethiopian coffees. They need to wow us, to linger, to be full bodied while being juicy and smooth. Basically we want it all.
Currently brewing it as espresso with milk in the roastery, I imagine it would also be delightful as a pour-over as that would highlight the stone fruit and floral notes.
